The prize carried forward

The perpetual trophy

More than the reward for one race, it connects each overall winner to the sailors who came before.

Designed by Can Yalman and produced in Istanbul's Grand Bazaar in 2004, the trophy is awarded to the overall winner of the IRC classes. Its line of holders begins with Bülent Atabay and Orient Express III in 2002.
